Hello fellow gamers, the annual “Summer Drought” will officially end on September 1st with the release of Mad Max and MGSV and along with these two behemoths there are a couple more games that will be released. So, without any further ado let’s show you what can you expect next week.
The first game coming out next week will be Stasis, point and click isometric sci-fi horror adventure. You will play as John Maracheck, a man who wakes up from stasis just to find out that he’s on the abandoned ship that’s on a crash course with Neptune. Combining horror elements with retro point and click gameplay of solving puzzles and combining items this game can be a perfect fit for all adventure fans out there. It will be available on august 31st for PC.
Metal Gear Solid V: the Phantom Pain
The latest entry in the long-running metal gear solid series will see the light of day on September 1st. The game will feature two huge maps set in Africa and Afghanistan making it the first open-world entry in the series. It will be the last MGS game developed by Hideo Kojima who earlier announced that he will not be involved in any possible sequels because of his dispute with the game publisher, Konami. The game has meta score of 95, making it one of the highest scoring titles of this year. You can expect the game on September 1st on Xbox One, PS4, PC, X360 and PS3.
After a new movie in the Mad Max franchise, “Mad Max Fury Road” next week gamers can expect the first game that’s set in the post-apocalyptic Mad Max universe. The game is developed by Avalanche Studios known for their Just Cause series. The game will put the player in the boots of “Mad” Max Rockatansky set on the revenge after his interceptor gets stolen by a band of marauders. Huge open world map (Avalanche are experts when it comes to open world games) with the addition of vehicular combat and a ton of things to do and the atmosphere of the movies make this game a must-play for all fans of the legendary movie. The game will be available on September 1st for Xbox One, PS4, PC, X360 and PS3.
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
Starbreeze studios, best known for their Chronicles of Riddick, probably the best game that’s based on a movie ever made, brings its latest game on the current generation consoles. Brothers is a game based on the cooperation of two title characters and was a sleeper hit back when it was released for PC, PS3 and X360 in 2013. Beautiful art style, interesting and varied gameplay along with a heartwarming story make this game a worthy pickup if you happen to own PS4 or Xbox One and didn’t have the chance to play this game when it was originally released. It will be available on September 1st.
